Our coal is delivered to us from our supplier on one tonne pallets in sealed 50kg bags. We are unable to gauge the quality of the coal until we receive feedback from our customers. The quality and size of our coal may vary from delivery to delivery but we have no control over this. No refunds will be given on delivered bags of coal as our supplier will not accept returns.
